Two Major "Transport Arteries" Accelerate the Comprehensive

Revitalization of  Northeast China

On September 28, the first train of the Shenyang-Jiamusi High Speed Railway's Shenyang-Baihe section was ready to depart. Once in operation, the travel time from Shenyang to Changbaishan will be significantly reduced, and Changbaishan will be integrated into Beijing's "half-day economic circle."

At the same time, along the Jilin section of the G331 Border Tourism Corridor, boxes of freshly harvested blueberries from the heart of the Changbaishan area, still glistening with morning dew, were being loaded onto refrigerated trucks bound for Tonghua High-Speed Railway Station for nationwide distribution.

These two "transport arteries" traverse eastern Northeast China. With one promoting "fast connectivity" and the other fostering "slow tourism," they will together drive the region's economic integration, accelerate regional cooperation between Northeast China and areas such as the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, enhance coordinated openness, and inject new momentum into the comprehensive revitalization of Northeast China in the new era.
